Our warranty applies only to products sold from https://TempSafe.tech and not any other vendors or affiliate websites. TempSafe™ reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products sold by unauthorized companies or individuals such as on eBay, counterfeits on Amazon, or other sales channels.

All products produced by TempSafe™ undergo quality control inspections. However, if you believe you have received in anyway a defective product, you must bring it to our attention by emailing info(at)interactivedesigncafe.com within 3 months of the delivery date of your order. Please provide photographs/videos of the defect for us to review. We will evaluate on a case by case basis how to resolve your concerns. We are willing to work with you to make things right.

Our technicians will do a remote diagnosis to determine the issue and wither fix or send a new replacement unit.


We offer a 7 Day Return / Exchange for our valued customers. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date, e-mail us at info(at)interactivedesigncafe.com.

If you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information.

We will only refund product costs, shipping charges (including tariff fees) are non-refundable. 

We kindly ask that all items requested for return/exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

Unused products will be fully refunded. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. Due to the nature of our products, used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was just used once and cleaned afterwards)

We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only.

We will deduct the cost of return shipping we incur from any refund. 

If any items/parts are missing we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee up to 50%.
